Areas of Practice

Andy has experience counseling adults, teens, couples, families, and fellow veterans. He has helped numerous clients struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, anger, guilt, loss, mood swings, marital problems, parenting issues, fears, and post-traumatic stress disorder.

Andy believes that each unique client who enters the office holds within them the answers to their struggles. Through rapport building, empathy, and validation, the client and counselor identify and work together to resolve the issues presented. Andy primarily uses a client-centered therapeutic approach, but also implements cognitive behavioral therapy skills.
